
Phyllis Harris, executive director of the LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland, and Timothy Tramble, executive director of Burten, Bell, Carr Development, Inc., have been chosen to be part of a panel that will make 10 appointments to the Community Police Commission. The commission will then make recommendations to the police chief on practices and policies that can help strengthen relations between officers and the communities that they protect.
